Arts + Culture
The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts | Washington D.C.
Our team created and design beautiful concession stands for this iconic D.C. Landmark.
Landmark Foodservice design
Our team was thrilled to work on the concession stands for this iconic D.C. landmark. With a modular, metal frame construction, these mobile stands are perfect for accommodating large events and performances. We designed each stand to be flexible, with kiosks that can quickly switch from assisted serve to self-serve as needed. Our custom liquor cabinets, speed rails, and concealed under-counter warming shelves all ensure that customers can enjoy delicious food and drink throughout their visit.
Concessions that steal the show
Each stand includes operable screens that can be used to hide alcohol and other sensitive materials for security reasons. Our auto pour systems for alcoholic beverages and concealed under-counter warming shelves keep things running smoothly and looking great.
Flexible Design
With eight mobile stands, including six in the grand foyer and two in the mezzanine space, we had to ensure that each was both functional and visually impressive. We incorporated stone and warm tones into the design, seamlessly blending with the foyer's aesthetic. Our custom liquor cabinets, speed rails, and kiosks provide flexibility, making these stands perfect for any event.
perfectly portable
Equipment portability is a key consideration in foodservice design, especially in spaces where flexibility and adaptability are essential. Portable equipment can be moved around and reconfigured to accommodate changing needs and can help optimize space utilization.
